Also included with this Sony TV is a high performance LCD WXGA panel, Bravia Engine Picture Enhancement, and Live Colour Creation.

Had this KDL32V2500 TV for 2 weeks now and I still can't believe just how fantastic this set is. It was so easy to set up - took max 5 mins, with a very easy to use on-screen guide. It tuned itself to all the available digital and analogue stations. I receive terrestrial digital via Freeview, using a 30 year old aerial in my loft and the picture is superb. The set itself is well built and is aesthetically well designed.

I also treated myself to the KDL32V2500 Sony 160Gb HDD DVD and connected them with just the one HDMI cable. So simple and stunning results. Couldn't be happier.

Buy the best you can afford is an old saying, and with this LCD you will be certianly be buying the best. I searched the web for recomendations for the best 32" LCD and this Sony kept comeing up as the best allrounder. KDL32V2500 won plenty of awards and has had praise heaped apon it.

The KDL32V2500 on screen menu is so simple to use and understand, you will set the TV up in a matter of minutes. The remote is a bit on the big side but also easy to use. Once up and running you will be Gobsmacked by the detail, colour, and definition, the sound is excelent as well. Once the set has settled down after a few days you will not be dissopointed with your purchase, it has all the sockets round the back you will need, I advise to get good quality interconnects as this set deserves them while spoil the great picture that this set is capable of for the sake of cheap leads.

The KDL32V2500 picture from SKY is superb and the picture from my DVD player is even better, I cant wait to get a DVD player with a HDMI output to realize the full potential of this TV. Buy with confidence.

Sony Bravia HDTV

BRAVIA is a Sony brand used to market its high-definition LCD TVs. The name is an acronym of "Best Resolution Audio Visual Integrated Architecture". All new Sony high-definition flat-panel LCD TVs in North America now carry the BRAVIA logo. At the lower price end of the scale the Sony Bravia KDL-26S2010 is available from around £550 upwards*. A more recent addition is the new flag-ship X range including the Sony Bravia KDL-40X2000.

The name BRAVIA replaces the "LCD WEGA" brand name which Sony LCD TVs used up until Summer 2005 (early promotional photos exist of the first BRAVIA TVs still bearing the WEGA name).

The launch of the BRAVIA brand was supported by an advertising campaign featuring 170,000 brightly-colored rubber balls bouncing down a San Francisco street. The advertisement was made by former Danish photographer Nicolai Fuglsig.

Following on from the original advert, Jonathan Glazer directed the second in which a Glasgow tower block was covered in 70,000 litres of paint with the help of over 1400 separate explosions. This was filmed over a 10 day period in July 2006.

Additionally, Sony recently launched a consumer education web site that aims to demystify consumers' confusion surrounding high-definition technology.

Furthermore, a recently added TV Spot was released featuring new music.
